Our goal is to provide our clients with the information you need in an easy to read narrative format. Our inspection includes a visual examination of the building's components from top to bottom. An unbiased property inspection can help to uncover the true condition of the property. With more knowledge, differences can more effectively be negotiated. We communicate with you to describe conditions or defects found during the inspection. Our reports are thorough and include annotated pictures of areas of interest. We encourage you to be present at the time of the inspection for first-hand knowledge of what we discover.
